The daily movie recommendation for today is Doctor Strange (2016) which is directed by Scott Derrickson who is a director known more for the horror genre not for adventure,action and fantasy which are new to him except the movie The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008) which is the remake of the 1951 classic science fiction film which is similar to genre with Doctor Strange, which in my opinion is the best film directed by him.
I will say below a few things about the movie and why I liked it.
The movie starts right from the beginning with action scenes and makes you to be observant throughout the movie and takes you to a world you did not know about and gives you a unique feeling.
I liked it a lot how Benedict Cumberbatch played the role of the character Dr. Stephen Strange which is a neurosurgeon who had a car accident and has lost the ability to operate due to hes affected hand and especially the fact that he managed to play this character very well who has moments of joy sometimes, but also of sadness.
I really did not like the fact that this movie looks like Inception (2010) when it comes to some special effects and manages to destroy the created charm of the story.
In conclusion Doctor Strange is a great adventure-action movie who manages to make you happy especially If you like this genre due to the story which was quite original with good quality of special effects which will not be all loved but they will make this movie a watchable one.
