The daily movie recommendation for today is Kung Fu Hustle (2004) aka Kung fu which is directed by Stephen Chow which is also actor and manages to cope with both jobs.
For those who do not know hem by this movie, he is also the director and actor from the movie Shaolin Soccer (2001) where he did well again but I like it more in Kung Fu Hustle and I think it's a better movie.
The movie is a action comedy genre which worked perfectly mixed and they gave something new to this style which seemed to be unable to come up with something new, but it did.
The beginning of the film seems to be one of serious action, but after a few minutes becomes a comedy movie and these two genres are very well intertwined for the whole duration and manages to attract audience from both genres.
The movie becomes one of the most visually stunning and creative movie from the asian cinema from what I've seen,and thanks to Stephen Chow all of this become possible.
Although it has foreseeable parts, the movie sends a good message to all viewers and you will know what it is about if you will watch all of it.
The first time I was reluctant to see the movie but I'm glad that after all I decided to do the right thing and I hope you will do the same.
