Life is life, and with it it has its ups and downs and challenges. How we meet life's challenges can define us, and shape the way we relate to the world and those around us. We all handle our challenges in various ways, some of us may sit back passively and just wait, others may become a warrior and fight. Communication can also be a powerful tool, and talking your way out of a problem can sometimes be very effective. This weeks QOTW asks you, how did you handle a great life challenge? Did you wait it out, did you call a friend for advice, did you call the police to handle it?! There are as many ways to handle a problem or obstacle as there are grains of sand on the beach, there is no right or wrong way.. but some ways are certainly easier or more productive than others!

So this week I want to hear what worked for you or didn't!! I would love to hear what challenge(s) you have had, and how you handled it. Maybe you have tried different approaches, some of which work better than others. I would also love to hear what didn't work for you, and in the end what you think works best! In challenging times our actions can define what becomes of us, and the way we choose to resolve conflict or problems can stay with us for days, weeks, months or even years. Is a punch in the face sometimes the best solution, or do you have another way that works for you? Whatever you have to share, I am very interested to hear it! It can be about any challenge you have had, whether it be with a friend, family, stranger, someone who cheated you, stole from you, took advantage of you, manipulated you, oppressed you, or any kind of challenge that you had to deal with. What did you learn from either a successful approach, or an unsuccessful approach..
