Awesome Curation Trail
The Awesome Curation Trail is now live, and it is my hope that you will like it's features.
I created this curation trail since share2steem shut down, and this project relied quite a bit on that dApp and it's curation trail, so to not rely on anyone else for this part, I decided to create a curation trail specifically for this project, and @thisisawesome has 5x votes (5 votes at 100% weight) to give to the trail, the other 5x goes to the daily manually curated posts.
And to fully benefit the goals of this project, which is to "highlight Awesome Content, and growing the Steem ecosystem by rewarding it", I have created a secondary account, @awesomecuration, and it follows the Curation Trail and the Fanbase Trail of @thisisawesome, thereby making it easy to follow both all votes and all posts that this project is making, the secondary account provides a marker for the trail, and that is all that account is and will continue to be.
So there are 3 levels at which you can get a daily upvote from @thisisawesome and the people following the curation trail of @awesomecuration.
- Curation Trail Follower
- Delegator
- Affiliate
Upvote Levels
To make it as easy as possible going forward and to also prepare for adjusting the upvote weight down the line if many are joining, I have taken the decision to make all levels dividable by 5.
So an Upvote Unit (UU) is to start with a 25% weight upvote (can be changed if many join), and if you qualify for more than 1 UU, then they will be included in the same daily upvote raising the upvote weight you get from @thisisawesome, like if you are both a Curation Trail Follower and a Delegator that will elevate your vote by adding them both together and you will get a daily vote of 2 UU.
Curation Trail Follower
As a Curation Trail Follower, you follow the curation trail of @awesomecuration, and after being approved you will be included for a daily upvote from @thisisawesome at 1 UU.
And to get approved you will have to meet our requirements, and apply in our Discord to be included, and you do that in the Curation Trail channel in our Discord server.
The requirements are as follows:
- You have to follow the curation trail of @awesomecuration with a Fixed Voting Weight of at least 5%, set up using @steemauto, https://steemauto.com/dash.php?i=1&trail=awesomecuration, and verified that you are actually delivering those votes.
- You have to be a person, not a project or similar, and able to verify that sufficiently (no ID or anything but still enough to show that you are a person).
- You have to post daily and of sufficient quality that you could qualify for the manual curation.
- No duplicate entries from the same person using separate accounts, nor anyone blacklisted by Steemcleaners.
Delegator
If you have delegated 10 SP or more to @thisisawesome you also qualify for a 1 UU daily upvote, you do however also have to meet requirements 2 and 3 and 4 the same as for Curation Trail Follower, you do not have to apply though, any delegator will be checked and added without applying, so do tell me if you do not want to be added.
Affiliate
I have decided to also add an affiliate program, and to qualify for that you need to be an active Curation Trail Follower and/or Delegator.
You will then be rewarded with an additional 1/5 UU for any approved Curation Trail Follower and/or Delegator that joins on your recommendation and for as long as they stay active, and you will be rewarded for up to 5 new members to form a maximum of a full 1 UU on top of everything else.
So tell anyone that you recommend to include your Steem handle as the affiliate when they apply so that I can reward you for recruiting them.
