POLONIEX: SBD & STEEM
It looks like @poloniex is going to re-enable SBD and STEEM again. Is it going to work this time? Is it only going to work for new transactions? What about the unconfirmed transactions? Will they be credited to our accounts? These are the questions that I have.
SBD @ POLONIEX vs. INTERNAL MARKET
Currently, the price of STEEM in the internal market here on steemit is around 1.32 SBD as I'm writing this post. At the same time, the price of STEEM at poloniex is about 1.05 SBD as I'm writing this post. If poloniex fixes the problems and credits the unconfirmed SBDs to traders, I expect to see a big correction in the price of STEEM here in the internal market, as traders will take advantage of the situation by using the arbitrage strategy.
WANNA BUY STEEM? HOLD ON!
If you have SBDs and you wanna convert them to STEEM, you should probably hold on a bit, because the price of SBD is extremely undervalued at the moment due to a couple of factors. The main one is what's been going on with @poloniex but apart from that, I believe that the pump and dump of SBD isn't over yet. The best is yet to come which will take the SBD to 3+ USD in my opinion. That's where I will be selling my SBDs and buying STEEM!! :]
