HF19 SUCKS! MY REWARDS GRADUALLY GO DOWN BY 50+% BEFORE PAYOUT!

QUICKLY UP... GRADUALLY DOWN!

Before HF19, my rewards would continue to grow with the number of upvotes but after HF19, my rewards go up for a short period of time but then they start to go down and by the time they get paid, they're down by 50+% from their peak!

AN EXAMPLE...

Let's look at this post for instance. It started off pretty good and I even remember it went up to $44+ within 2 hours but I checked it today, and even though the number of upvotes have almost doubled, the value of the post has gotten smashed by 25+% within 3 days!

WHAT'S GOING ON?

Does anyone know why this happens? Please explain below if you do. And no. No one has flagged my post. You can check it out for yourself as I have linked the screenshots. This has been happening to pretty much all of my posts after HF19! :[
