Should @ExploreTraveler become a Steemit based media project?

Years ago when we started converting our online social media presence into an organization of a million followers plus; we could never have predicted crypto-currency or even that our reach would explode. The question we have now is what should we do with this organization of social media sites that reaches around the world. We have never operated the ExploreTraveler network as a business since we preferred to just report what we see to others. It has always been a passion, and now with video, photography and more our capabilities have exploded.

Once we became involved with @hilarski in cloud mining of Bitcoin and then followed him over to Steemit it has been a very interesting and successful road.

So the question I have and the others involved is what should we do next? Do we continue to expand or focus more on Steemit here with strong community support. Our ability to capture video, and photography under water and traditionally has been funded via crypto currency and STEEM/SBD. 

If we move further into a Steemit focused support model how would the project look or change? What kind of ideas would we get from the community here, and should be convert into a more wandering reporter covering ideas, and concepts people here would like us to cover?

Our online social media assets are connected to our website, and email list. If we posted on Steemit first, and then that post propagated to our wordpress blog people would see links directly embed into the wordpress site. Currently we have some adsense running to help cover costs but the amount is low in comparison to what we earn on Steemit.
