Most of the time I try to post something that I think is useful for some people(Of course I have some posts that I am not proud of)whether they are Steemians or not. until one month ago and specifically before the HF-19 generally the upvotes of my posts were something about 50 to 100, and the number of viewers of my posts were something about 30 to 50(not a lot of upvotes and payouts for sure, I was fine with it anyway). but lately I see a big change of behavior on the network that concerns me and is kind of disappointing me. and that is holding back on upvotes by Steemians(maybe because the power of votes are too high right now and they don't feel sharing it with others).
for example the number of viewers of my posts is 50 but the number of upvotes are under 20, I understand if someone reads my posts and does not like it, He/She has the right not to vote on my post, but when he/she comments positively and appreciates the content of the post but does not care to upvote, in this situation I really don't know what to say, I did my job and tried to add some value to the platform, but what is the others job?
I only have one simple request and I hope whoever reads this tries to do it
Please Upvote a post that you read and you find valuable, it will help the authors keep doing the good job and not having second thoughts about about the platform
