Virtual Reality Glove Lets You Feel What You Touch

A new virtual reality glove has been developed by a company called Exiii and it allows the wearer of the glove to be able to feel whatever they touch.

Exiii is a 3D-printed prosthetics company and their glove is known as the Exos VR accessory. The glove will undoubtedly revolutionize the gaming experience for the individual in allowing them to experience the game on another level. There are small motors in the glove that enable the glove to trick your fingers and mind into believing that you really are feeling something that you might be visually experiencing in the game.

It isn't clear yet when the gloves might start being mass-produced and shipped out to the market, or what the potential cost might be.

Aside from the gaming experience, this technology will also have potential for growth in other areas as well, like the medical/rehab spaces and helping to give sensation back to those who have lost some semblance of it.

But for those who have been waiting to really get more into the games that they play, it might not be very long before they can literally get their hands on this technology and bring a whole new emotional and physical connection to their gaming experience.

And Exiii aren't the first ones to approach the market with this sort of technology either.

Last year, Dexmo also introduced their Manus VR glove that will enable gamers to be able to do the same, experience the game on a new level. There are a number of people in this space who are looking to meet this need in the market. This technology might be only a short while awhile from becoming the most popular and prevalent gaming method in the market.

Tech developers continue to move in the direction of trying to make the gaming experience even more personal, they want to quite literally put you right into the action so that you can feel it. We have already seen items like the Oculus Rift, the HTC Vive and Sony's PSVR, and there will be much more like it in the future.
