I just finished a 6.68km run that lasted about 0hh:45mm:52ss !
With calm, a lot of calm, with my friend we went for a jog here in the mountains (we are at 1,300 meters above sea level).
Sparkling air (2 ° celsius), overcast skies, terrain at times chatted: fun and invigorating!

Con calma, molta calma, assieme al mio amico siamo andati a fare una corsetta qui in montagna (siamo a 1.300 metri slm).
Aria frizzante (2° centigradi), cielo coperto, terreno a tratti chiacciato: divertente e rinvigorente!
