I hope everyone is having an amazing saturday and a great weekend overall.

Last saturday a did a 7km run that started around 4.30 am. Today again me and my team mate Dash are doing a early 5km at 5.30am. Dash is a personal trainer in running,cycling and spinning. He is willing to help me along the way the better my overall running. First assignment is Urataka Run/Walk that will take on the 13th of Jan 2018. Uraka Center is a famous pizza place in Aruba located in the center of the island. This isn't going to be a real race to me because I hadn't planned it out and was mainly focus on the Betico Loop that will take place on the 25th of Jan 2018. So I will take this more as a training and also enjoy the free dri-fit shirt and pizza afterwards.
