Yesterday I tried to cook a new salad and want to share with you a recipe of it. It is fresh, light, healthy and tastes delicious! Let’s see how to cook this yummy salad.
Ingredients:
- Bunch of cress salad
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 100-150 g of sulguni cheese (or salt cheese you like)
- Green onion
- Juice of half a lemon
- ½ cup of olive oil
- 1 tblsp. of French mustard
- Salt, pepper
Tear or cut the salad. Then chop tomatoes, sulguni cheese, green onion.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Let’s prepare the dressing for salad. In a bowl mix olive oil, French mustard, salt and pepper. Then add the dressing in a big bowl with salad. Mix all ingredients well.
My daughter added some chopped cucumbers in her plate, because she doesn’t like tomatoes.
This salad tastes also good with addition of cucumbers.
