I spent all day with my family and as usual was cooking something tasty.
In my country the spring is a season of fresh vegetables and fruit. I like this time of the year, because I like cooking.
We have a lack of vitamins after long winter. That’s why we’ll cook easy light salad today. If you are very busy or don’t like cooking this recipe is for you!
This salad will cheer you up! It’ll give you energy but ain’t many calories. Trust me, all day long you will in a good mood after eating tasty light and fresh salad.
Ingredients:
• Bunch of cress salad
• 1-2 cucumbers
• 7-10 radishes
• Green onion
• Juice of half a lemon
• Olive oil or vegetable oil you like
• 1 tblsp. of French mustard
• Salt
• Pepper
• Herbs (to your liking)
Chop a bunch of cress salad, cucumbers, radish and green onion. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then add some dressing for salad. In a bowl mix olive oil, French mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, some herbs you like. Then add the dressing in a big bowl with salad. Mix all ingredients well.
