Smoked salmon bagels & avocado - vegan recipe!

Ingredients

2 bagel bread
1 lawyer
twenty slices of carrots lox ( smoked salmon-style carrots, recipe here )
some nice salad leaves
a creamy vegetable cheese (in some supermarkets or organic stores)
some sprigs of fresh dill 

Preparation

Cut the bagel in 2 and toast it for a few minutes.

Cut the avocado into slices.

Spread bagel with vegetable cheese.

Place the salad leaves and avocado slices.

Drain the vegan salmon slices a little and add them all around the bagel.

Add a little fresh dill and cover with the hat.

To taste!
