Greetings Steemians!
At least once per year we try to spend a week in Oberstdorf, a village located at the heart of the bavarian Allgäu. We love to hike and Oberstdorf is an ideal entry point for a countless number of day tours and cabin to cabin hikes. Since Oberstdorf itself is situated on an ample plain at the foot of the Allgäu mountains there is also lots of possibilites for easy hikes and bike tours that are suitable for children, too.
With this and a couple of following posts I would like to share with you my photographic highlights from our last holidays there, which ended just last week.
At the day of our arrival we had just enough time to unpack and prepare dinner, but we could already enjoy a wonderful and appetizing mountain view from our terrace. We couldn´t wait to step into this majestic scenery the next day:
