You can see all the houses dotted along the shore line, it doesn't go all the way to the water as this is a reservoir and not a natural lake. So it does have it's limitations however I would still love to live in a home along this place for the fact you can wake up to that view every morning and take a little walk down the hill if you wanted to kick it by the lake. Houses around here can range from 500k to 2mln.
