Here is my answer for the few articles, I read last days about the Self-voting issue after the HF19.

I used to love Clint Eastwood's Western as a teenager and here is one scene what inspired me once again, Steemit community in mind.

Don't "shoot" me because I upvoted my own article but I am used to help myself, if nobody else does.
I have issues with egocentric, greed-driven, money-grabbing, abusive circle jerks, not with the occasional selfvoters for their various reasons.
I also wrote in a comment that I don't understand that people talk so much about money, already complain their first weeks on the platform, even beg for followers, votes and resteems instead of putting the focus on valuable content and your helpful comments.
Those things need to be earned and deserved!
The virtual world is not much different to the real one.
Nothing is free! Your laughs are.

Sometimes I write very long articles, sometimes I only share photos, memories, short or long posts, boring for one but maybe touching for another.
I do what I feel shows the soul I have to share.
Guess what, I have a few unfollowers every day as well as followers and that's ok. I can't expect everybody vibes with me but some do.
Rewards from whales, the so called well deserved powerful and important guys who invested their funds, believing in the coin and platform, can never value for who I am but I am proud to be a 🐬as I said before in my first anniversary post.
There are many ways where you can promote your precious articles and stories.
It takes time and zillion hours to earn your rewards and another zillion of hours to close your eyes, stop looking at trending pages and feel discouraged. It will not get you anywhere if you feel jealous.
It takes time to get to know your followers.
It takes time to be successful.
