I joined the discourse last night, and as a lady that is not so tech savvy, it was quite a shock.
Everywhere I looked was spam posts and chats crowded the #general channel quicker than I could blink. But @aggroed quickly squashed my concerns and provided me with my very own little channel to empower other women that may not know how to use the system or need some advice about Steem, Steemit or just need a pick me up.
So what's all the buzz about? Well, there are some pretty nifty little bots that upvote minnows posts, as well as an awesome community of Steem witnesses, whales, dolphins and of course a thriving minnow population!
How do you get started you may be wondering...?
Once there make sure you stick around and stay engaged with others posts. Remember every whale started out somewhere and the connections you make now will have a lasting impact on your long term earnings on Steemit!
