Eating a healthy balanced diet has lots of benefits inside and out of our body.
Green vegetables are rich in vitamin A – good for building your body's natural defences, vitamin C for healthy skin and bones and vitamin K to help your body heal itself quickly when necessary. In addition to these vitamins, beautiful green veg is also rich in potassium and iron.
This is how I made my Coriander chutney. Usually this Chutney we eat with dosa/ chapatti
Ingredients:
1bunch coriander leaves,green chili, fresh coconut, small ginger, garlic and 2tbsp of lemon juice
And viola! Coriander Chutney is done!
In here I will show you how I made my spinach flatbread...We need to blanch the spinach and immerse to blender, add to wheat flour to make and knead.
