Guacamole is a classic Mexican dip. Its delicious, simple and healthy . The best accompaniment for this dip is nachos or tortilla chips, However, i will use crackers today for a change. This creamy texture dip is full of fibers and antioxidant to help you cleanse your liver. This green beauties is high in potassium content, higher than banana. It reduces the risk of stone forming in the kidneys and lowers urinary calcium excretion. a healthy fat that must add in to your diet.
Ingredients:
avocado
shallots
garlic cloves
coriander leaves chopped including stems
tomato, diced
lime juice
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation time : 5 minutes
Serves : 4
Preparations:
- Halve the avocado, scoop the flesh in to a bowl, and mashed with fork.
- Finely chopped the shallots, garlic clove, coriander leaves, and tomato.
- Add all the chopped ingredients and stir in on all the mixture.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lime juice. Serve :)
