CypherPunks Episode Two ( A puzzle post )

While welcoming

In this next glorious age in innovation and progress and human equality, I find myself occasionally stunned in awe at what I will witness in my life time. I truly cannot think of a better time to be alive.

While learning about crypto and cryptography along with all of the rest of jargon that comes in this field, such as private keys and public keys, one may find him/herself curious about the earliest occurrences of cryptography and some may argue that it begun with computing.

This is of course not so, anyone who has studied computer science will know that the first computing device was not electronic it was the abacus, a device which can be used to compute simple mathematics. As with computer science cryptography founds its roots much earlier then our modern computing as well. One of my favourite historical cryptographic tools is SCYTALE which uses a rolled piece of wood to a specific size, which you would then wrap a piece of papyrus around that contains the information that was ciphered.

The second early cryptographic method which is quite interesting is the CAESARIAN SHIFT. This puzzle contains three hints which can be used to find the answer to the puzzle. I have made this puzzle slightly harder then the last. All of the same rules that applied to the first puzzle apply to this one, and the REWARD for finding the solution to this puzzle is 10SBD which will be paid within 24 hours of a correct response posted to this post.

Congratulations to @anonymousshadow for solving the last puzzle!
