Hello everybody, Happy weekend..
I just finished reading two posts, one was written by @anomadsoul where he shared his thoughts about #newsteem and @steemflow where he shared some tips and discussed some topics about #newsteem. After reading their post, I felt like I should share my thoughts on #newsteem as I didn't talk about it.
I am on this platform for almost 1 year and 1 month, It's not a very long time actually but I have grown here, get familiar with each other and learnt more about steem and blockchain. I am not high quality content creator but I try my best to express myself and my words to be honest. So, after HF21/HF22 , I was silent, was trying to understand what's going on. Down-vote , 50-50 curation rewards , all things I was trying to understand whether it's gonna be good for me or not... Because I don't have so much steem power but I am growing, so I was confuse enough will my steem journey gonna be end or not???
I agree that right now trending page is much more clean in fact clean, no shit post , no post using bid-bots. Because right now any new steemian or anyone can see informative posts on trending page which is really really good. I also noticed that people are trying to write quality content in the hope of get noticed by whale, which is also great because I saw some whales are swimming around to curate quality content. I have also seen smartsteem, appreciator is curating content and giving some author good upvotes. Nice, this curation is motivating authors to write more quality content...
I know 50-50 rewards system is tough for minnows/ redfish like me because maximum time our post earn may be 1$ plus right now. Ya, as I am a dtuber , I earn some rewards from Dtube. I was frustrated honestly speaking because I thought may be I won't get noticed by anyone. But yesterday after talking with @steemflow , I am motivated again to give my time here. Ya atleast I am earning something, I am learning something, I am improving my skills here so why I am giving up...I should invest my time properly...
New steem is doing great till now, whales are curating, people are doing curation and high quality content creators are getting good upvotes for their posts which is really nice. This entire situation inspired me to work on steem blockchain and may be it's the beauty of steem blockchain to convince me again to work hard.I have shared some of my captured pictures of Singapore because currently Steem is developing , people are buying steem and powering them up for curation, so economic structure is growing..
I might miss some good points about new steem but I wrote what I felt.. So let's see .. Right now it's challenging for me but I will survive here because I am passionate about steem and I came here to do something good for myself ...It's a long term journey... Let's see how far can I go...
