Who does not like the Apple fruit, this fruit is very famous in the world and who would thought that in the corners of small villlage of Aceh, Indonesia, there is a farmer who planted Apples. His name is Pak Siswanto called Pak Sis. He is a transmigrant from Malang, East Java in 1995. So, first time Apple originally come from Malang, East Java.
The cultivated Apple Gayo located in Despot Linge village, Central Aceh, Indonesia . Mr. Sis success as a farmer Apple and Coffee certainly full of struggle. Pak Sis will be kindly and happy to tell the story about his efforts.
There are five varieties of apples which are cultivated, there are Aplle Manalagi (Yellow Green), Aplle Anna (Red), Apple Australia (Green), Apple Rumbiuty (Half Red Half Green), and Apple Wanglin (Green Rough).
Currently apples are still limited, didnt sell in the market, when the apple is ready to harvest, visitors who come to the garden, eat as much as possible in the garden and just pay who brought home only, the price for one kilo is IDR 35k.

Siapa yang tak suka buah Apel, buah ini sangat terkenal di dunia dan siapa sangka di pelosok Aceh, ada seorang petani yang menanam Apel. Namanya pak Siswanto yang biasa disapa pak Sis, adalah seorang transmigran dari Malang yang ke Aceh pada tahun 1995, bibit Apel inipun awalnya dari Malang, Jawa Timur.
Apel Gayoyang dibudidayakan berlokasi di desa Despot Linge, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, Indonesia. Kesuksesan pak Sis sebagau petani Apel dan Kopi tentu penuh perjuangan. Pak Sis akan dengan ramah dan senang hati menceritakan kisah bertaninya.
Ada lima jenis varietas apel yg di budidayakan, yaitu Apel Manalagi (berwarna hijau kuning), Apel Ana(merah), Apel Australia (hijau), Apel Rumbiuty (setengah merah setengah hijau), dan Apel Wanglin (hijau kasar).
Saat ini apel masih terbatas, tak sempat di jual di pasar, saat apel siap di petik, pengunjung yang datang ke kebun, makan sepuasnya di kebun dan bayar yg di bawa pulang saja, harga satu kilo 35k.
