Incredibly good.
100 g of cheese gorgonzola
100 g of warm whole milk
150 g of fresh cream
A spoon (about 10 grams) of glucose syrup
Melt the gorgonzola in the milk, add the glucose, cream and cool.
Go in ice cream machine.
