  • White eggplant

  • Green chili
  • Red onion
  • Lemongrass

  • Candlenut
  • Coriander
  • U neulheu/ Coconut gongseng milled ( Aceh typical seasoning)

  • Mix ingredients and spices into the eggplant

  • Saute onion and chili until fragrant
