One of the delights of being a traveling blogger is getting to try different foods. Today while exploring El Paso Texas USA we came upon a group of trucks with makeshift cafe's.
Even down here by Mexico there is Asian fusion, Mediterranean, and multiple versions of various Hispanic styled dishes.
We decided to try out a Greek/Egypt fusion stand and the chef did an amazing job.
So next time when you are out and about look for these food truck stands and try something new.
