Ecotrain QOTW : Be Happy, Stay Healthy.

Thanks to Steem platform for allowing freedom. I am glad I can openly share my views without bothering of the result or conclusion.

The freedom again allowing me to express my viewpoint on this week @ecotrain question of the week what is more important for good health, emotions, diet, excercise, positive thinking or something else?? READ HERE for detail post.

I feel, the most important aspect of leading a healthy life is to be "Happy". A key , a secret for all kinds of trouble and issue that crops up in life.

Being Happy which is directly related with one aspect of "emotions" is the key towards the world of healthy life. A Happy minds works wonder for living a happy and healthy life.

Health and Happiness goes hand in hand. Any in-depth study of a healthy life would result in finding happiness as core component of health and wellness. The new terminology which has started to be adopted in place of happiness. The pursuit of happiness is very old approach so does the quest of good health.
However, nowadays when both minds and body taken into account, the concept of health has started to grow more holistic. As a result the happiness is started to get folded into Health & Wellness.

Many researchers have found that, being happy improves a lot of inner body functionality which proves helpful for healthy life. It was also been proved many a times that a happy person are less exposed towards cardiovascular disease like heart- attack' or 'stroke.' as compared to people having depression, anxiety or worried minds.

A happy individual automatically get adapts themselves towards,

  • Healthy Diet. : They usually avoid to eat any unwanted or junk food. They keep their diet to minimal that suits their body which ultimately leads a good health.

  • Positive Thinking. : A Happy minds are more optimistic person who always looks at the brighter side of every aspect, thereby reducing any chances of unwanted worry or negative thought.

  • Physical Exercise : A happy person are more active when it comes to physical endurance .They are focussed on maintaing a good physical activity levels to achieve a good body and minds.

Finally, I believe Happiness or being Happy is key for a successful and healthy life. Happiness always leads towards a more focussed approach of living life and thereby reducing any unwanted risk of bad health and making life more enjoyable.

At last, always try to find happiness. They are all around us, we only need to keep a good heart and eyes to understand that makes your heart happy.
