"Hope is for fools" they say, or
"Don't dare to hope!"
and truth be told,
some will just be and know
while for others, hope is really all they hold.

The spring that flows steady and turns into sea,
the sea that holds life like the mother-to-be,
nourishing her creatures to grow up strong, healthy and wise,
teaching them not to bow down, human and nature alike,
above all, they both will rise.

The early springs' song of the birds and the humming of the bees,
bringing a sweet concerto for all who will hear.
Without it, surely, we'll fall to our knees.
The thought can't be thought, that end of life will be near.

The flowers in the summer sharing their sweet scent, while the sun is high,
The sound of children playing and skipping with rope,
Butterflies bringing more life to the sky.

Tell me: what is it if that is not hope?
