I love photography, especially when traveling! Not only is it fun to take pictures, but it is so nice to have a stockpile of epic photos from distant lands to share with others and also to remember the beauties of the adventure. I just got back from many months in South America and have lots of photos I am excited to share, so these photo contest are a perfect opportunity!

I took this photo while in a boat; it is quite difficult to get clear shots when on a boat because of constant rocking and moving. I used a canon T2i...not a GREAT camera, but for its price I have gotten a lot of nice shots. I used a canon 2.8 zoom lens for this photo. The lens is worth a lot more than the camera itself.
