The Moon
We should all be like the moon,
well rounded and beaming.
A dab of white in black,
like hope when life's demeaning.
Eye of a great beholder,
consistence you can trust.
With a mantra so marvelous,
many fall to love from lust.
Always calm and always welcomed,
never cursed like the rain or sun.
Bringing ease with her presence,
known by all, kept by none.
