🇺🇸 A day dedicated to the two-year course for yoga teachers: a very interesting lesson to understand the origin of human suffering and how to get out of it, thanks to age-old Vedic teaches.

After dinner, doggy’s walk 🐕 🐶 with a sub-zero ❄️ temperature.

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Giornata dedicata sl corso biennale per insegnanti di yoga: lezione molto intetessante per comprendere l’origine della sofferenza umana e come uscirne, grazie a millenari insegbamenti vedici.

Dopo cena, passeggiata con i 🐕 cani 🐶 con temperatura sotto zero.

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
