❄️ My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2019 🚶🏽‍♂️

🇺🇸 This morning it was all frozen, and I preferred to laze in bed.

In the early afternoon, together with the dogs and a friend, we took a long walk along the Sile towpath.

I dedicate to all friends living in winter side of earth this song, that I have on my iPhone's playlist and pretty well reflect the whether we are living here!

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Questa mattina era tutto congelato, e ho preferito poltrire dentro letto.

Nel primo pomeriggio, assieme ai cani e a un amico, abbiamo fatto una lunga passeggiata lungo l’alzaia del Sile.

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
