My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2019

🇺🇸 Yesterday we came back from the mountains: I had not been able to perform 5000 activities (but I drove for four hours).

Today a bit better: walk alone at lunch break and walk after dinner with dogs.

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Ieri siamo tornati dalle montagna: non ero riuscito a compiere nepure 5000 attività (in compenso ho guidato per quattro ore).

Oggi un po’ meglio: passeggiata in solitaria in pausa pranzo e passeggiata dopo cena con i cani.

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
