🇺🇸 Today I came out at 7:30 am to get my first #automaticwin of the new year, as detailed in my EXHAUST post.

In the afternoon, the got my last Thai massage: tomorrow we'll return home.
Before dinner, aufguss in Indian theme, conducted by the talented Sabine.

A little while ago, I quickly explained to my friend Viorel how to post on @actifit: for work, he walks a lot! Let's show to @maitre our love with some nice upvote and warm welcome messages... he will be willing to share his experiences with our tribe!

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Oggi sono uscito alle 7:30 am per ottenere il mio primo #automaticwin del nuovo anno, come ben dettagliato nell'articolo su EXHAUST.

Nel pomeriggio, ultimo massaggio thailandese: domani si torna a casa.
Prima di cena, aufguss in tema indiano, condotto dalla bravissima Sabine.

Poco fa, ho velocemente spiegato al mio amico Viorel come postare su @actifit: per lavoro, lui cammina davvero molto!
Dimostriamogli il nostro affetto a @maitre con un po' di upvote e calorosi messaggi di benvenuto... sarà ben disposto a condividere le sue esperienze con la nostra tribù!

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
