🥂 My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2019 ✨

🇺🇸 First day of the year characterized by tranquility, slowness, attention and gratitude.

The day was wonderful: a tolerable cold, beautiful sun ☀️ and clear sky!

We had a nice walk in the woods at the base of Mount Resciesa, where I filmed the passage of the modern and efficient funicular.

In the late afternoon, I faced an intense third consecutive Thai massage: these treatments are a bit exhausting, but I feel they will be healthy!

After dinner, a pleasant walk in solitary under the ✨ stars.

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Prima giornata dell’anno all’insegna della tranquillità, lentezza, attenzione e gratitudine.

La giornata è stata splendida: un freddo più che sopportabile, sole ☀️ splendido e cielo terso!

Abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata in buona parte dentro il bosco ai piedi del monte Resciesa, dove ho filmato il passaggio della modernissima ed efficace funicolare.

Nel tardo pomerighio, ho affrontato un terzo intenso massaggio thailandese consecutivo: sono trattamenti un po’ massacranti, ma sento che mi faranno bene!

Dopo cena, piacevole passeggiata in solitaria sotto le ✨ stelle.

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
