🇺🇸 As written today on exhaust, today we started in the direction of San Giacomo on an uphill road.

Partly cloudy weather, temperature around 3° Celsius.

In the afternoon, massage and sauna.

Then the long marathon started at the table, still in progress.

Happy New Year!

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Come scritto oggi su exhaust, oggi siamo partiti in direzione San Giacomo su una strada tutta in salita.

Tempo parzialmente nuvoloso, temperatura intorno ai 3° centigradi.

Nel pomeriggio, massaggio e sauna.

Poi è partita la lunga maratona a tavola, ancora in corso.

Felice anno nuovo!

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
