💯% Relax 🔥 My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2018 👏

🇺🇸 A day dedicated to relaxation: a very slow walk dedicated more to the (albeit pleasant and interesting) chatter than to the walk itself.

Semi-healthy lunch and long afternoon nap.

The real sweat I got thanks to the session of Aufguss, before which I contemplated the purity of the fire element.

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Giornata dedicata al relax: passeggiata molto lenta, dedicata più alle (seppur piacevoli e interessanti) chiacchiere che alla camminata in sè.

Pranzo semi-salutista e lungo sonnellino pomeridiano.

La vera sudata l'ho ottenuta grazie alla seduta di Aufguss, prima della quale ho contemplato la purezza dell'elemento fuoco.

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
