🇺🇸 It seems that an #AutomaticWin a day keeps the doctor away: is that true?

Started walking 🐶🐕🐶 at 8 a.m. with 3 degrees centigrade, confident in the forecast of sunny weather and temperatures up to 13 °, we set a long walk along the Sile river.

Unfortunately, the weather has not improved and the low temperature has induced me to keep moving to keep me warmer.

Returned home around 15, we dedicated to deserved relaxation! 😜

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Pare che una #AutomaticWin al giorno levi il medico di torno: che sia vero?

Partiti 🐶🐕🐶 alle 8 con temperatura di 3°, fiducioso nella previsione meteo di sole e temperature fino a 13°, abbiamo impostato una lunga camminata lungo il fiume Sile.

Purtroppo il meteo non è migliorato e la bassa temperatura mi ha indotto al movimento per mantenermi caldo.

Tornati a casa verso le 15, ci siamo dedicati al meritato relax! 😜

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
