🇺🇸 Despite the fog, today we left early, getting a nice #automaticwin!

In the afternoon, a very relaxed walk.

Yesterday's barefoot run has made itself felt on "my" body: I trust that it is strengthening me... isn’t it? 😜

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

Nel pomeriggio, passeggiata molto rilassata.

La corsa a piedi nudi 👣 di ieri s’è fatta sentire sul “mio” fisico: confido che mi stia rinforzando... vero? 😜

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
