🇺🇸 Today a little more than the trade union minimum.

Early in the morning, there is too much humidity to go out with my faithful 🐶🐕🐶 friends... and they too seem to agree with me.

Walk after lunch and various trips throughout the day ... and the 10k steps we have overcome them even today!

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Oggi un po’ più del minimo sindacale.

La mattina presto, c’è troppa umidità per uscire con i miei fedeli 🐶🐕🐶 amici... e anche loro pare concordino con me.

Passeggiata dopo pranzo e spostamenti vari durante la giornata... e i 10k passi li abbiamo superati anche oggi!

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
