Today, despite the frost, I start again ours early morning walking with my faithful 🐶🐕🐶 partner mates.
My body needed some days to get used to the new climate... and I gave them gladly, allowing me to be dead in the morning under the warm bed quilt!

Today afternoon I started the 🧘Yoga 🧘retreat weekend... The @Actifit App have been registered some activity.

😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Ooh!
Oggi, nonostante il gelo, son tornato a uscire la mattina presto assieme ai miei fedeli 🐶🐕🐶 compagni di camminata.
Il mio corpo ha richiesto un po’ di tempo per adattarsi al nuovo clima... e io glie l’ho concesso più che volentieri le scorse mattine, oziando sotto le calde coperte del letto!

Oggi pomeriggio ho iniziato il weekend di ritiro 🧘‍♂️ yoga 🧘‍♀️... l’App @actifit ha registrato un po’ di attiviità.

😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
