๐บ๐ธ A few more steps every day, keeps the doctor away, isnโt it?
๐ฎ๐น Qualche passo in piรน al giorno, leva il medico di torno?
๐บ๐ธ This morning I was too tired to get up early to walk with the ๐ถ๐๐ถ dogs, but I went early to work, so I avoided the traffic ๐, which on rainy days ๐ง intensifies a lot.
Walk on lunch break, by my own.
Long evening walk with the dogs along the river: the temperature (8 ยฐ) has doubled compared to this morning.
๐ Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! ๐๐ป

๐ฎ๐น Stamani ero troppo stanco per alzarmi presto per passeggiare con i ๐ถ๐๐ถ cari, ma sono andato presto al lavoro, cosรฌ ho evitato il traffico ๐, che nelle giornate di pioggia ๐ง si intensifica parecchio.
Passeggiata in pausa pranzo, solo soletto.
Lunga passeggiata serale con i cani lungo il fiume: ls temperatura (8ยฐ) รจ raddoppiata rispetto a questa mattina.
๐ Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! ๐๐ป
