🇺🇸 This morning we went 🐶🐕🐶 out at 5, an hour that exudes darkness and silence.
As we often do, we have walked the river towpath: finally, it seems that the cold has arrived.
At 7 o'clock we had already taken enough steps for #automaticwin... the rest of the day, we dedicated it to relaxation. 😎
😍 Even today I am very grateful for having lived this day with awareness! 🙏🏻

🇮🇹 Stamattina siamo 🐶🐕🐶 usciti alle 5, un’orario che trasuda buio e silenzio.
Come facciamo spesso, abbiamo percorso l”alzaia del fiume: finalmente pare che sia attivato il freddo.
Alle 7 avevamo già effettuato abbastanza passi per #automaticwin... il resto della giornata, l’abbiamo dedicata al relax. 😎
😍 Anche oggi sono molto grato per aver vissuto con consapevolezza questa giornata! 🙏🏻
