In my previous post entitled A Day Fighting Abuse: The Case Of @bilalhaider, I was too quick in my judgment about the identity of @bilalhaider. I was told it might be @noganoo. I didn't take the time to verify that, because based on what I've heard about @noganoo, many assumed it was him. However, to be fair, it was a speculation. As @noganoo voiced his concern about his "accusers", he promptly started using hundreds of bots to downvote my post. It was excessive and unnecessary. He could have simply stayed calm until I got to the bottom of this.
@noganoo is not @bilalhaider

I did a lot of digging into this @bilalhaider and my research led me to conclude that @noganoo is NOT @bilalhaider. So @noganoo, please accept my apology, I was too hasty in dragging you into this. Nevertheless, on a side note, next time you disagree with me (or anyone else for that matter), please try to stay civil and solve the problem in a more constructive way, you'll find that I'm always open to dialog. And I'll repeat it to you, I never flagged any of your posts in retaliation, even after you unleashed your bots on me. That being said, here's what I discovered about @bilalhaider.
The Genesis

Now I understand why he was bugging us in the help channel when the Steem bandwidth bug was happening. His bot was draining his bandwidth! It should have been a signal that his bot is not practical, but he didn't see that.
So he continued boasting about his bot.
Then, a clash of culture came into play. I think @bilalhaider had no ill intent in the beginning, he thought his bot would have a positive impact on the community, but in reality it wouldn't, because it was inherently a spam bot, and he didn't realize that. The mockeries and the flamings weren't enough to make him stop for a moment and think about his approach. This led to an explosive situation, which resulted in his daily channel floods that we're experiencing on the chat.
I believe he was genuinely trying to understand why people were acting against him (People Flagging me for no reason!! Whales help me). Although I feel bad for him, it's no excuse to continue his spammy behavior.
So Who Is @bilalhaider?
@bilalhaider is a loose canon, with a high motivation (and the skills) to disrupt the community. After having his reputation slammed to -1 on Steemit, he thought he would shift his skills into spamming and flooding the chat. And that's exactly what he's been doing: spamming many chat channels and users in private messaging, including myself. It hasn't been easy dealing with him. The attacks are originating from Pakistan, which is a link to his identity. People have underestimated him, that's for sure. He even warned about it, but people made the mistake of taking him lightly.
Where Do We Go From Here?
We will keep fighting him until he gives up, sooner or later he will get fed up and realize he's wasting his time. Continuously pissing off people is only damaging his reputation. He's beyond redemption.
@bilalhaider, you might consider yourself a 1337 hacker, but there are other hackers out there who can fire back at you, keep that in mind.
